Candidates Profile:
PG Qualification in HR&IR ,from recognised institutions with post-qualification experience of 8-15 years of Plant HR&IR experience,up to the level of independently handling comprehensive HR8IR functions, with proven performance Track-record in handling similar responsibilities as above at managerial levels with dynamic & reputed Manufacturing corporates, known for continuous expansions, Diversifications, international JV's, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practices etc.Couple of years at relevant managerial level with independent responsibility
