SBU HEAD (International)
Job Summary: Full SBU P&L responsibility for Product Business including Sales, Production and Customer Relationship.
Role and Responsibilities:
Ø  Take responsibility of P&L of the SBU and oversee  all related Sales, Production & Customer Support & Support the Team Heads working to deliver SBU objectives
Ø  Prepare budgets for the SBU including estimates of all revenue & costs heads, for monthly, quarterly & annual plan to achieve the same
Ø  Take responsibility of business analysis and MIS both proactive and post execution
Ø  Undertake and review project costing, engagement management, product deployment, project completion and customer satisfaction.
Ø  Undertake competitive bench-mark and build ideal product positioning constantly
Ø  Responsible for Revenue, Cost & Profitability,
Ø  Develop, implement strategic plan to achieve business growth, Budget Setting & Control, Monitor Performance, Growth, Service & Financial Goals

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
§  BE & MBA from Top Notch Schools  & having Minimum Experience of 14-20  years out of which Minimum
      5 Years as SBU or PCH or Head S&M with responsibility for P&L of Unit & Handled International Markets.
      Exposure of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operation is a must.
§  A keen planner, strong motivator & result oriented
§  Hands on experience of budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, collections and profitability
      management.
§  Should have been In-charge of business of more than 500 crores, achieving consistent performance.
§  Customer Relationship and Account Management skills.
