Complete Talent Management responsibility of Developmental HR for the Corporate,covering Performance Management, Learning&Development,OD interventions,Career and Succession Planning ,Employee Engagement, Competencies&Assessments, Leadership development,Diversity /Inclusion,Retention,Branding etc
Candidates profile:
-PG in HR with around 15-18 years of Quality experience in areas mentioned above with Large,leading,Dynamic &Reputed Projects /Manufacturing oriented Corporates-known for ongoing growth strategies,Latest Standards, processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practises etc.
